About the Founder

Chahat Dhupar, founder and creative director of Azayrah, is a business graduate and fashion postgraduate whose journey into design was shaped by deep familial roots. Raised in a household where couture was second nature—her mother a designer with over 30 years of experience—Chahat’s affinity for textiles and aesthetics began in childhood and evolved into a purposeful pursuit. Her vision for Azayrah stems from a desire to honour Indian craftsmanship while redefining it for the modern woman. With a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to soulful storytelling, she curates collections that evoke emotion, inspire confidence, and reflect the beauty of balance—between heritage and modernity, structure and softness, memory and movement. 

 

How do I place an order?

We have tried our best to make your visit on Azayrah seamless. Simply browse our collections, select the product(s) you wish to buy, choose your size and click on "Add to Cart." Review your selection by clicking the bag icon at the top right of the page and selecting ‘View Cart’. Once you're ready, proceed to the checkout where you'll fill in your shipping details and payment information. At the checkout, you can simply drop an order message in case you have something particular in mind. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, Wallets and other secure payment gateways through RazorPay. Your payment details are fully protected for a smooth and secure transaction. Can I customize my order?

Yes, customization is possible in terms of colors, adding sleeves, and other minor customizations. For customization, you can contact us at +91-9910765356 or email us at contact@azayrah.com

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping! We proudly ship to a variety of countries. Please note that international shipping incurs a fee of ₹2500 (INR), which will be added at checkout. The delivery time and shipping costs may vary depending on your location, and we will provide you with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website (Bluedart, Delhivery) and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. Incase you have any questions about your order dispatch, we’re just a quick email or phone call away.

Do you provide after-sale services for alterations?

We generally keep a 4" margin in all our custom-made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, if anything comes up we would be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer.

Do you offer return or exchange on your products?

All products are handcrafted with utermost care and are made to order according to your sizing and preferences. Please note we do not accept returns, refund or exchange for made-to-order items.

 However we want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know within 48 hours of recieving the order, we do offer alterations (if possible)

What is your delivery timeline for the products?

Each garment is hand crafted, and each order is made to measure. The estimated shipping time will differ for each product which is mentioned in the product description on the product page. Usually for domestic orders we take about 7-10 days for delivery from the date of purchase. In case of urgent orders, you can call or whatsapp us, and we shall get back to you on the same.
