At Azayrah, every piece is made to order and crafted exclusively for you. Owing to the nature of our production process, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
We strive to achieve the highest quality of tailoring and details on all our garments. We also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure that you receive your pieces in a timely fashion and in great condition.
However, we understand that minor sizing adjustments may sometimes be required.
We offer one round of complimentary alteration, if applicable, to help ensure the perfect fit.
Please note:
•Alterations are complimentary for the first round only.
•Both-way courier/shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
•Additional alterations beyond the first round will be chargeable.
•Alteration timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the garment.

Exchange & Store Credit
While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, in rare circumstances we may provide an exchange or store credit in the following cases:
•An incorrect garment has been delivered, differing from your order confirmation.
• The garment received has a manufacturing defect.
Please note:
•Any garment that has been customised (size, color, embroidery, etc.) will not be eligible for return or exchange.
•Sale items are also not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Delivery address
3. Reason for exchange request, along with images of the defective or incorrect item
Once our team verifies the concern, we will contact you for the next steps.
The product must reach us within 7 days from the date of contact by our team.
Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, and has all original tags intact.
Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address
We are unable to offer refunds if:
- An incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
- There are three failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
If you believe you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order along with your order number so we can make the correction in time.
Colour Variation
We strive to ensure that product colours appear as accurately as possible on our website.
However, please note that colour variations may occur due to differences in screen display settings across devices.
Alteration Requests
We encourage you to refer to our size chart before making a purchase and contact us for any sizing or customization queries.
In case of alterations post-purchase, please write to us at contact@azayrah.com within 48 hours of receiving the garment, specifying the changes required.
Once your request is approved, please courier the garment to us at the address provided on your email return confirmation.
Upon receiving the garment, we will process the alteration and ship it back to you.
Please note that courier/shipping charges (both ways) will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as each piece is made exclusively for you.
